All the towels were stained with black and brown spots. The water pressure was very low. The room smelled clean but the sheets were filled with "love stains" .

My room smelled like urine. There was a cockroaches in the bottom of the trash can. I had to leave my belongings in the car. The bed was soft.

The facilities were really nice, but the cleaner changed a dirty towel in the bathroom.

The biggest issue for me was that there was noise from other tenants throughout the night, saw a couple of roaches in the room, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the morning on one of the staircases.
