It is rewarding to hear that we were able to meet your expectations in many ways, though I am sorry to discover that you weren’t thoroughly impressed with our breakfast. I want to let you know that we take your suggestions to heart and are reconsidering the available choices. I hope you will return to give us the opportunity to change your perception of our breakfast.
