You can hear people talking in the parking lot from your room. The overall hotel is outdated, the sheets are itchy and parts of it are dirty.

Not what I expected
It was just ok. From the pictures it looked decent. However upon arrival we found the no smoking was really only for guest's, thee are people living there that smoke anywhere they want. I don't smoke so that was a deal breaker, people living there were a bit loud as there was a gathering of multiple rooms. Kids running back and forth past the rooms yelling with no supervision. Mind you their rooms were in a different level. Check in was good, friendly fast. I wouldn't return.

I expected better from best western. Walls are thin, neighbor was noisy. Carpet was dirty and beds were worn out. Most disappointing was breakfast closed at nine! Location was good and staff were friendly and efficient

The hotel was cute and comfortable. Breakfast was not ideal. We were in town for a competition and the line while waiting for food was too much for us to wait after 10 minutes waiting for food to come out, we decided to grab food on the way.

Nice little hotel, had the beds split by the bathroom, which was great for privacy. Only part that was less than perfect was the shower had wonderful water pressure, but the drain strughled to keep up. Built up 0.5" of water during showers. The breakfast was amazing. Hot eggs, susage and potatoes along with the usual affair. Ham and Biscuits w/ gravy on sunday.
