Having worked in the hotel and hospitality industry from Hawaii to the Bay Area for over 30 years, I knew to prepare myself for a motel-like experience when I checked into this hotel. However, I didn’t expect it to be even worse than a typical motel. The pictures on the internet must have been taken at least 20 years ago, as the lobby chairs are old and stained with oil marks from people's bodies. The front desk counter is chipped and shows exposed wood, with no brand standard apparent anywhere in the establishment. It’s clear that the staff is only there to make money, as evidenced by the old, mildew smell that permeates the place. Incense is burned in the lobby at all times,You truly get what you pay for here; if you pay for lemons, you should expect lemons. I never use the hotel’s bedding; instead, I bring my own sheets, blankets, and pillows. I also bring a mop to clean the floors and wipe everything down in my room because it is usually dirty. The sheets and towels are often stained, and the Wi-Fi is spotty or completely nonfunctional. You’re lucky if you receive one or two towels, as most of them look filthy and stained. On multiple occasions, I’ve found used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom. The exterior of the property is filthy, with dog waste everywhere, and there are issues with homelessness, prostitution, and drugs in the area. Although I often stay here because it is cheap and within my budget,

Stained sheets, tub drain clogged, room door would stick so bad you had to body slam it to get in or out, no hand towels or bathmat, no room phones, no ice machines. It was fairly quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were available in office.

This property is the worst property I’ve ever stayed at the room. We reserve was roach infested, and the window was broken. The area was unsafe, and the other tenants were super loud. Every room smelled like marijuana. I wouldn’t stay here if it was free.

This place is run down. The lobby has a dirty moldy stench. I knew exactly what the room was going to be like just by walking into the lobby. After checking in with the front desk and leaving that stench behind, i walk right into another one. So much for a non smoking room. Good thing i brought my air freshener spray. The room didn't smell any better. The closer i got to the bed the more it smelled like an old garbage can. The floors were dirty and sticky. The restroom was dirty moldy and tub was clogged. There were no towels in the room, not one. Toilet paper was at about a quarter left and no extra rolls. Hair in the tub from being clogged up i guess. There was soo much dirt, grime, food, trash and mold under the beds made me gag just seeing it. No wonder there were roaches. The fridge and microwave had roaches in them. I left my bags in the trunk of my car. The ac had a nasty smell as soon as i turned it on. I called the front desk and asked if they can unclog the tub but they said that the maintenance guy wasn't around and won't be until 8am the next day. They offered me another room which i agreed upon. This room was not any better. Same thing with dirtiness and stench and roaches,Roaches everywhere. Soo disgusting. And no towels, again. I went down stairs to ask for towels and the guy at the front desk gave me an attitude and threw one, yes one towel on the desk. For a five night stay, one towel. I asked him for a few more and he gave me an attitude. Shut it down!

This seemed more like a halfway house

This place was terrible, i was planning on staying one night but the putter conditions of the place was terrible I can only imagine how bad the room would be I did not stay I immediately contacted customer service in hopes of a refund this place I do not recommend especially if you are going as a solo female with kids.
