Villa built 2016, spacious living room and dining area, two bedrooms, both with double beds, washroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washing machine, vestibule. On the beach side spacious glazed porch with dining furniture.

Separate beach sauna completed 2017, sauna heated with wood, living room with a spread bed, terrace. From sauna to the beach 5 m.

Villa is in field landscape and lake opens to south.
Lake rich in fish, land with berries and mushrooms near, swamp with cloudberries also near.
Games as frisbee golf and croquet available. The owner has three snowmobiles for rent. The rental is agreed directly with the owner on the spot.
