Outside there are garden areas, a round swimming pool of 11 m diameter surrounded by a solarium, a furnished porch and a barbecue area, a children's area and a table tennis. It has a closed garage, ideal for groups of cyclists who come with their bikes.

On the ground floor there is a large, sunny living room with access to the swimming pool, a well equipped open kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a large suite with a bathroom with hydro-massage bath and shower and a solarium terrace with views of the countryside, the pool and the mountains.
