Doorman and house keeping staff are very efficient
The doorman and house keeping staff are brilliant. Always opening the door for 7s when we enter and leave the hotel. They also helped us with the baggages without having to ask!

I had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great and there were many things to choose from at breakfast. The only downside to my stay was the noise from the construction works that were happening right next door. A real shame that it was so loud during the day. However, I would recommend this hotel and I would visit again if I returned to Sapa :)

Avoid rooms facing the street no soundproof balcon
Great hotel to see the mountains (if you get a room with a view, otherwise you’ll be stuck with a room facing the street and their balcony doors are not sound proof, hence you’ll feel you have your door open). The place is a bit far from downtown, but it’s a very nice 30 minute leisure walk because you go through a lot of nice restaurants and stores. Alternatively, if you want to go to cat cat village, taking the main exit will bring you closer to your destination.

This was a pleasant stay. Would have been perfect if the lady at breakfast didn’t stop me from pouring coffee into my coffee mug, not sure why that was such a big deal since coffee came with breakfast. Other than that the staff was very helpful and love that they keep our luggage after we checked out so that we can continue to explore. The room was all good and close to local attractions.

Great service
We enjoyed staying at KK Spa hotel in Sa Pa. The service was excellent. Unfortunately there was construction works nearby (not related to the hotel) which was overbearing during the day. The staff tried very hard to make our stay comfortable despite this nuisance. Would definitely stay here next time.

Location is great and the breakfast is wonderful. Staff needs more training in customer service. There is a front and back entrance which is convenient but on the back stairs which are slippery when wet there are no rails.

Beautiful hotel
Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay at KK Sapa. The service was great - they even surprised my boyfriend with a cake for his birthday. The balcony views were stunning and all of the facilities and amenities were top tier. Only disappointment was the construction noises. It was incredibly loud and constant from 8am to 6pm everyday, which definitely impacted the serenity. Wish we were told about this beforehand.

I would highly recommend staying at KK Sapa Hotel if you plan to travel to Sapa. The property is very clean. Buffet breakfast included diverse options for diners. All the staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. And the view from my room balcony was incredible.

Well maintained hotel and it was very convenient - we could walk to places of attraction under 10 mins by foot Staffs were helpful and were able to communicate well in English. There was a small but functional gym and indoor pool jacuzzi too. A pool table was available to play too Our room which was mountain facing had a balcony and sitting area which we could catch sunset
