Summary:
Welcome to "Snug Harbor", Rye's newest boutique rental accommodation. With 10 units on the property, all with stunning water views, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach. Unit 4 specifically features sizable front windows with a partial ocean view and a comfortable couch to accompany it. Don't want to sit inside to enjoy the view? Relax on your private deck with ample outdoor furniture for the whole family to join in on taking in the breathtaking sites.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The Neighborhood:
The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is located on the Atlantic Coast, a one hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Although Rye has a total area of 35.5 square miles, 64.45% of it (22.9 square miles) is wetland or marsh. The Town of Rye has the longest stretch of coastline of any New Hampshire coastal town and also contains four of the nine islands known as the Isles of Shoals which lie approximately ten miles off the Rye shores. Rye is known for it's beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, plenty of coastal fun and is ideally sandwiched between Hampton to it's south and Portsmouth to it's north.

Peaceful and lovely coastal spot
We spent a weekend here while touring UNH. The location right on the lovely coast cannot be beat. It was so nice to have a quiet home to come to after a busy day on campus.

Great stay
Our stay was great here! My group had a total of 3 units, which was very convenient to be so close together. My two young boys loved exploring the rocky beach across the street looking for sea glass and shells. The view from our deck was beautiful. The most notable thing about our stay was how easy it was to communicate with our property manager. VRBO messaging system was down and it actually impacted our reservation details, but one of the property managers called me directly and fixed the issue that was really VRBO’s fault. All in all a great stay!

Great place and location!
I stayed with my stepmom and sister. There is two bedrooms and a couch bed. The beds were comfy. There is only one bathroom for three women but we managed just fine. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for everyone. There were pots and pans and plenty of cups and mugs. Location was wonderful as you have nothing blocking your view of the ocean. You can see the Isles of Shoals in the distance. Walk to Wallis sands beach. Parking spots for two cars made it nice and easy!

Spectacular Host, Place, And Location!
Everything was absolutely seamless from the booking to leaving. I had asked a couple questions prior to going and the Host got right back to me within minutes. Got to the place and everything was explained perfectly in their emails about where to park, location of the house, codes, etc. received emails during our stay checking in to make sure everything was great. The house itself is exactly as described and depicted in the advertisement. Perfect little place for a small family. Location is amazing! Beautiful view and walking distance to the beach even with 2 little kids and all their gear.

Quiet and safe area
We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.

Great property with a view
Stayed at this lovely 2BR/1Bath while visiting my sister in NH. This unit is a great pied-à-terre for anyone looking to unwind, go to the beach [in summer of course] or simply to have a great alternative to the local hotel offerings.
