You might even see a snowy owl perched upon the rooftop. Centrally located, just 15 min South of historic Portsmouth downtown shops/restaurants and 15 min North of Hampton Beach.

Sunroom includes full-size sofa bed. Owner is a licensed Real Estate agent. No parties, no large gatherings, no unregistered guests without prior consent from owner. Minimum age to rent: 25
