The Red Clover is an iconic Vermont estate, tucked into a forest glade, with sweeping views of the Green Mountains and surrounding woodlands. A former Inn, remodeled to include modern comforts, minutes from Killington Resort and Pico Mountain. Amazing hiking, biking and snowshoeing out back door, with numerous restaurants, bars and activities a short drive away.
This farmhouse is perfectly located between Killington/Pico and Rutland. It has four bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bonus room with twin bunk beds. There is 1 full bath and 2 half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, and den. It is on the property of the Red Clover Inn so guests will have access to the hot tub. The home has its own firepit out back. It is ideal for a ski or outdoors weekend - large mudroom and easy in and out. You have a big group? Rent some of our other rooms in the Inn or Carriage House.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a refundable security deposit of $2,000 for the 5-bedroom Farmhouse. A hold will be placed 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out. We reserve the right to withhold the Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining/damage to linens, towels, rugs, or furniture. Lost or unreturned keys constitute damages and will incur a $180 replacement and administrative charge. Lock-outs are $150. If expenses and/or damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest shall be required to pay additional fees to restore our property to its pre-rental condition within ten (10) days of your receipt of additional billing.
PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, some of our rooms can accommodate a max of two non-aggressive-breed dogs for an extra $75 dollars per day up to $150/dog/stay fee to cover wear and tear only in our Farmhouse and King Carriage House Suites. Pet is NOT allowed in the MAIN INN.
The pet fee does not cover damage done by the dog. Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture (please bring a dog bed for convenience). Dogs must be crated if left home alone and we highly recommend they be leashed when outside. Our proximity to the woods allows for the possibility of wild animals nearby. Please be courteous of other guests and pick up after your dog. No cats allowed. Please have your pet vaccination papers sent to us before arrival.
