The room they put us in had pee behind the bathroom door on the floor, and the room was dirty! They moved us to another room and took $11 off our room price, thats a kick in the face, so will not stay here again!

Nice place to spend the night on a road trip to the Ozarks. Clean and tidy, staff are very friendly , always willing to help. Breakfast is nice at the price point.

Very friendly owner, staff were ok. Rooms could had been way cleaner. They had updated rooms flooring but was not clean when I seen something on floor and wiped with my Lysol wipes it was fifty. Nothing a good scrubbing couldn’t fix. Killed a couple spiders so they might need to spray. However I will take spiders over roaches any time. Sheets linen and bathroom were clean and adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast served w/room charges. Good location for Clarksville,AR.

Hot shower, clean bed, close to the interstate, not too sketchy of an area, and the best value for your dollar in Clarksville. Definitely the place to stay if you're looking for cheap, clean, and practical. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was right under the stairs. People were clomping up and down without thought of folks sleeping. It was wee morning hours. The rooms need a deep cleaning, baseboards especially in the bathroom. It was painted white and was very noticeable.

We stay here every year for a family reunion. The price is always reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the pool is refreshing. The breakfast options are both cold and hot items, and a nice variety.
