Seems to be a husband and wife running it, no one up front to check you in. Owner and 8 year old son cleaning the rooms. Rooms very dirty, hair all over bathroom tv stand hadn’t been wiped down in months. Very dirty.

Took my wife to Ruidoso for her birthday and felt bad about how bad the hotel was. As soon as we walked into the room there was trash on the floor and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The room smelt of cigarette and there was ashes in the sink. The shower curtains were broken and the towels were so rough.

We ended up having to move room due to the cleanliness. But the front desk ladies were so nice and accommodating. Very good customer service! Over all we enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait for the remodel and will be back!

The young lady at the front desk was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taking care of and that we were comfortable. The hotel is getting ready to renovate and right now there are some places that need to be taken care of but will be taken care of during the renovation. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Clean, Friendly and priced just right
The gentleman at the front desk on 12/10/2024 was incredible, friendly and super helpful. I wish I remembered his name. He was such a delight. Place was clean, breakfast was good, overall a great experience. I was even asked if I wanted a room that could view the mountain. This place is a hidden gem for the rate. I will stay again on my next travels in January.
