Jolie découverte
Appartement situé au RDC d'un petit immeuble quartier résidentiel. Location pas très grande mais bien agencé et tout le nécessaire avec un petit plus non négligeable, un patio ombragé. Très appréciable par forte chaleur. De plus proche de la plage de Pontaillac et à même pas 5mn en voiture du centre de Royan. Et cerise sur le gâteau, relationnel et informations nécessaires avec la Logerie d'Alexa au TOP !

Logement au top
Appartement très bien situé, a quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Quartier très calme, avec terrasse ombragée, idéal avec un enfant en bas âge. La propreté est irréprochable, nous avions pris les kits de linge de maison, tout est bien pensé, fonctionnel et pratique. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés, d'ailleurs nous le gardons précieusement dans nos favoris, pour un nouveau séjour à Royan pour nous ou nos proches. Nous remercions aussi la conciergerie qui est vraiment a l'écoute des besoins et de bons conseils de visite.

Un super séjour !
L'appartement est très commode pour un séjour à deux. Tout est propre, bien rangé et l'espace est très bien optimisé. Il faisait très chaud dehors et l'appartement est bien isolé, nous avons pu profiter de sa fraîcheur. La Loge d'Alexa s'occupe très bien des lieux et est disponible pour ses hôtes, c'est agréable. Nous recommandons cette location.
