Perfectly Located Flat not so Perfect
The flat was not clean: dirty windows; dirty carpet; dirty floor trim under bed headboard; frying pan unusable due to non stick finish totally scratched, pealing and unsafe; mold around bath tub tiles; tenant common stair carpeting leading to flat filthy; dishwasher capsules under kitchen sink a disintegrated mess; individual coffee creamers moldy. TV streaming service unusable because no passwords were provided. The flat had an overwhelming and headache producing smell of disinfectant. It looked as if previous occupant hastily threw personal items into bath and kitchen cabinets. Location was ideal, but for £130/night we should have had a much better experience. Carol Roth

Fantastic location, lovely flat.
The location of this flat in Tunbridge Wells is wonderful, right in the centre but quiet also near the two lovely parks, shops and train station. The flat has beautiful bay windows in the sitting room and the bedroom is cosy with a warm feeling. Kitchen well equipped and spacious enough. Would recommend.
