A stylish 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment with modern fitted kitchen and spacious lounge with dining table. To the lounge there is a stylish click clack sofa which converts to a small double bed. The larger bedroom contains twin beds and bedroom two contains a standard double. The bathroom is brand new (installed Dec 2023).The kitchen has everything required including a washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer to give you a real home from home experience.The apartment can be accessed from both the main communal entrance and also a back communal entrance.

Outside there is an allocated parking space for the apartment and additional parking for one further car. There is a lawned garden to the back of the property which is shared with the other apartments.
