Welcome to Oak View's Guest House! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top. This newly renovated, private oasis is a home with 2 bed, 2 bath and can sleep up to 4 people. Take a swim in the unheated pool during the summer (or do a polar plunge in the winter!), and relax by the fire pit in the evening. The outdoor amenities are shared with guests at the Main House. If you need more space, please consider booking the entire property which can sleep up to 10!

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

Guests will have access to only the guest house. Shared amenities- pool, grill, and fire pit.

*PLEASE NOTE: there is NO fencing around the pool! This is not ideal for younger children.

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- Must be over 25 to rent this home.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-Pool: is NOT heated or fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.

-The outdoor amenities (pool, fire pit, and grill) are shared with guests at the Main House..

-It is possible for the Main House to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please send us a message or find the additional listing!

-All guests must sign a waiver upon arriving to the property.

-Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

This guesthouse offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Round Top guesthouse is smoke free.
