Enjoy this remodeled 1920s, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a peaceful front and back patio with a shared pool and fire pit in the backyard! Conveniently located a few blocks from some of our favorite restaurants, shopping, wine, and antiques. Kobza Haus is perfect for groups of friends and couples looking to escape the city. Come, escape to Round Top and stay a while!

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

Located in the heart of town.

You'll have access to the entire house, shared front and back yard spaces including pool and fire pit that are shared with the cottage. When both spaces are rented, we ask that you kindly give each other privacy and respect.

HOME TRUTHS:
- The Haus is on a septic system.

The Kobza Haus is perfect for walking around Round Top. Coffee, dining and shopping are easy walk from the Haus.

If you plan to explore outside of Round Top city limits, you'll need a vehicle to get to the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- Please note the pool and firepit are shared between the main house and cottage. There could be guests staying at the cottage during your stay.

Great Holiday House
Very comfortable house with nice kitchen and dining area. We have rented before for Christmas and New Years family gatherings and kids have asked to come back. Love the large fire pit out back and front porch with lots of seating. Walking distance to shops and the eating/drinking establishments. Lindsey is the best and will take good care of you.

Fabulous location, once you park your vehicle you can get to everything with a short walk!!! Front porch is great for relaxing and visiting your guest. Back yard has a wonderful gas firepit for evenings. The house is so very comfortable for get together with old friends.

Fabulous Round Top House
This is the best property I've ever stayed in in the Round Top area. The quaint country house has been redone in the best possible way. The kitchen is beautiful and has every amenity. The three bedrooms are on a long hallway separate from the living area, making it comfortable for vacation sleeping. The groups are pretty, and best of all, the proximity to shopping Round Top is ideal. Everything in town is in walking distance. I feel like I've found the perfect gem.

Great for long weekend getaway
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath was the perfect headquarters for visiting the Round Top area. The location was towards the edge of town but easy walking distance to several shops and restaurants. It has a well equipped full sized kitchen so we could cook in or eat out. The ceiling fans everywhere were very welcome in the high summer temperatures. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered front porch, but weren't able to take much advantage of the back patio due to the heat. We had a few issues with the operations of some of the appliances, but our host was very responsive in helping us settle in and adjust. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to share some time with friends. We found out just how quiet Round Top can be mid-week when there is no antiques show going on, but this was a great location to hit the back roads for sightseeing.
