Welcome to this spacious, bright and authentic holiday home with a large private outdoor pool.
This inviting holiday home forms half of a semi-detached house and awaits you on a magnificent 3-hectare estate with meadow, forest, private swimming pool and trampoline. The living space is spread over several floors and there are five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a dining room, an activity room and a separate toilet.
Spend your holiday on the terraces with panoramic views of the vineyards or sunbathing on the sun loungers by the pool. In the hot summer months, the pool is the perfect place to cool off.
The holiday home is around 10 km from Pézenas and 30 km from the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. You can also look forward to many cultural and sporting activities such as hiking.
