I rent my F2 of 50m ² in excellent condition. It is new ! It is at the end of the garden of our large property. He is independent, with a separate entrance. No neighbors, absolutely calm!

Our cottage measures 50m², can accommodate 1 or 2 people. Non-smoking (outside, ok). Accepted animals.

You will have:
- a bedroom with double bed of 1.60m and a closet
- a living room with open kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, microwave, hotplates)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Flat screen TV and free wifi.

Cleaning fees offered.

Possibility to park bikes, small cars, strollers in the protected courtyard and closed.

Calme et bien situé
Logement dans une propriété privée avec un espace dédié très agréable. Logement suffisamment spacieux pour 4 et très agréable. Au calme dans les hauteurs de rouffach, idéalement situé proche de Colmar, Kaysersberg…. Les instructions d’arrivée sont très claires et de nombreuses petites attention sont à disposition pour démarrer le séjour sereinement.

Tres agreable sejour au calme
Pause de 2 jours sur le trajets retour, dans un endroit parfaitement agencé et entretenu, au calme, promenade dans les vignes ou a 5 minutes à pied du joli petit centre avec toutes les commodités, et aussi 20 minutes en voiture de Colmar. Un retour de vacances en douceur.

A decouvrir
Nous avons été reçu par une jeune femme charmante qui a su tout de suite nous mettre à l aise dans notre nouvel hébergement en plein cœur du vignoble alsacien. L hergement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le jardin est vaste et ouvre sur le petit vignoble de la propriété. Le cadre est superbe car situé dans les anciens bâtiments d'un vaste domaine viticole.

Auf der Durchreise haben wir nur eine Nacht verbracht. Alles war Okay. Auf dem großen naturnahen Anwesen konnten wir junge Füchse spielen beobachten.

Très agréable, un havre de paix dans la nature. Tout est pensé pour que les hôtes se sentent comme à la maison avec le dépaysement en prime. Nous le recommandons fortement.
