Room was great except I had trouble lowering the temperature even when I thought I had programmed it for 2 degrees cooler. No face cloths!! Friendly staff. I received a room upgrade as a benefit via hotels.com but had to pay for it ( it was on my bill!!)

Within walking distance from the Central Station, Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was so convenient. I lovely Hotel, really clean with lots of amenities, with a metro station literally within 50 yards of the hotel. The Maritime Museum is close by as well as the old harbour, the cubist houses and the food market. We really enjoyed our time in Rotterdam, and staying at this hotel made it for us. The staff could not do enough for us.

Kind of average, not awful but not amazing
The good - location good, quiet area, good breakfast options, most staff friendly, duvet, pillows and mattress all comfortable. The bad - the curtains/lampshade in the room had stains on, the windows are not well soundproofed so you can hear traffic, there are no blackout curtains so it was BRIGHT early in the morning! We requested an extra pillow, they didn't have any. We requested an extra duvet, they didn't have one so gave us a sheet. I would probably stay again if they had blackout curtains although I do think it's overpriced

My room is very clean. However, the bathroom has a glass panel on the wall that separates it from the bedroom. When my partner turned on the light in the middle of the night, It lit up the bedroom and woke me up. Don’t understand the purpose of the glass panel there.

A great place to stay for a city trip
I had to book a night somewhere with my dog due to an emergency that shut down Eurostar and other trains for the day. I was delighted to find this hotel a short and pleasant walk from the Rotterdam CS. For a reasonable price I had everything I needed and more for my last-minute stay. Great breakfast buffet in a lovely setting, right in to the museum district surround by greenery in the middle of the city.
