I guess you get what you pay for. Photos need to be updated as they look nothing like what we got. Bathroom needed a good scrub.

Rooms were large. Beds and linen were soft and clean.QR codes unavailable,no printed information available had to contact Reception. Insufficient coffee and milk supplied for number of guests staying.No towel rail or anywhere to hang clothes in bathroom,had to put on floor. We were not informed ,guided or supported before,during or after practice fire drill?? Recommend staff training in basic hospitality. $10 returnable was supposed to be back in account in 2 hours 4 hours later still nothing. Again poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

My worst booking
I wish I had seen the review on the Google before I booked this accommodation. My room's air conditioning was not working and had told the receptionist three times and never had taken any action before I checked out. The room was not worth what I paid for. I will not take any chance to look at this hotel again.

While it is clear that the hotel has spent some money on the appearance of the lobby and entrance area they have neglected the actual rooms for quite some time. The furnishings are beyond dated, needed to be replaced decades ago. Everything in the room seemed dirty, the grout in the shower was cracked, the sink drain stop was missing, all the chrome/metal was tarnished, the ceiling fan was old and dusty. Probably the most offensive was the large reddish/pink adult body-sized stain on the bedsheets. The night staff quickly came and changed the sheets for us but how did those sheets end up on the bed without being noticed by the cleaning staff? And what other parts of the room have not been cleaned properly? Made it difficult to get a good night sleep after that. Room service trash was left in the hallway for days on end, the pile even growing throughout our 3-day stay. Overall a very disappointing stay.
