They offer a room with a hot tub, as an upgrade which was really nice to see. Unfortunately was not working, when I called the receptionist he told me all hot tub not working in the hotel, then we figure that the fridge also not working Hotel is big and nice, however, management is not taking care of it

The property is under a different name and management since I was last there. Service has gone down hill. The bar is part of the dining room and they are clearly not set up for meaning that. We went into town for drinks and a meal as they clearly were not interested in hosting us. Check in took forever and for some reason a bond had to be held if you didn’t have a credit card. My stay was not enjoysble and I won’t be going back.

My son got sick and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with warming up food at off service hours, and we had our flight cancelled and rebooked for late afternoon, we got a late check out option given the option to leave at the time we needed. I will rate it as an outstanding service!!

I will be back,nest time I go to Rotorua.
I had a great stay, big room,comfy bed, plenty of room and quiet. Great having a kitchen sink instead of just the bathroom sink to do dishes in.

I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom at this hotel. The bathtub was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there were several strands of unidentified hair left in it. On top of that, the tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty, which was extremely inconvenient. The overall state of the bathroom was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted.

Lovely friendly staff. Fixtures in the rooms were a little worn but all in all it was nice and clean as well as comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast was also really good.
