I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua.

A lovely place
A place you just want to stay on your trip to New Zealand. We loved everything about it and the location is perfect. Fantastic helpful and eminent host. We enjoyed the breakfast with Vivien and other guests with good conversations around the table. We wanted a place close to the Redwoods - and Viviens place was perfect. It only took us 10 minutes to walk there. Vivien was the perfect host and her cake was superb!

Lovely happy hostess in a well set up home
Very easy to find and Vivienne is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast is held in a common area and we shared this with our happy hostess and two other couples. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure.

Vivien was a very friendly and nice host for our stay in Rotorua. She had discount codes and tickets for a variety of the places we were thinking about going to while there. She had a great knowledge of the area and helped us figure out when to leave and where to park for different excursions. The house was a little cold, but there was a heater in our room we used to stay warm at night. Unfortunately we had to leave at 8am each morning so we were unable to experience the standard breakfast, but she did leave out bread, fruit, and cereal for us! The location was very convenient for any activity in the city. Thank you!
