An additional office space with 1 full bed and 1 twin raised trundle bed provides extra comfort. The home comes equipped with a crib mattress and brand new pack and play/play yard for those smaller guests. Our home is located with easy access to many beautiful beaches! With quick and direct access to the beautiful Boca Grande Island(less than 10 mins away!), you can enjoy quiet beach days with less crowded beaches. Quick access to all of Englewood's beaches allows for amazing sunset nights. Rent a boat from a number of local marina's within 15 mins of Rotonda West. Bring your clubs and enjoy playing on one or all 5 of the golf courses located with-in the Rotonda West community! All levels are welcome! The local restaurants can't be beat, with local food and local atmosphere, you will find many to enjoy! Be sure to check out the community park and partake in a game of tennis or pickleball!
