    This beautiful private pool home is in the quiet community of Rotunda Lakes in Rotunda West. Our home is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a paradise for beachgoers, nature-lovers and golf enthusiasts alike.

     Enjoy plenty of wildlife watching, lounge by the pool, hang out on the enclosed lanai overlooking the beautiful peaceful Florida landscaping.

     The home is tastefully furnished with 3 bedrooms plus den, 2 fully equipped bathrooms with garden size tub in the master, 2 car garage, a recently refinished pool with optional heating and a large screen-enclosed patio. This residence has beautiful palms and other native trees surrounding the house.

     Bedroom Layout:

Master Bedroom- King Bed/en-suite master bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, patio access. Includes Roku Smart tv 32 inches

Second Bedroom- Queen Bed

Third Bedroom- Two Twin Beds

High-speed Internet and Roku smart tv access included. Log in to your own accounts for Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ accesses.     This is a pet-friendly home!

     The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.

      We offer beach supplies including chairs and an umbrella, we have float toys for the pool and 5 bikes are available for guest use as well. Plenty of books for a rainy day and even some DVDs. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

     This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. Rotunda has multiple golf courses and a large park with tennis courts and a playground.

During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park. A private pool and a washer/dryer are available in the villa.
