stayed for 1 night jan 6, 2025. property was outdated, but was clean. the continental breakfast was ok. the lights in the pool room werent working - the only lights were the lights in the pool - so the room was very dark. and this time of year it gets dark at 5:00 pm. i wouldnt have used the pool if i would have been alone. and the jets werent working on the hot tub. the water was hot tho, so it still felt good to soak, just wasnt quite the hot tub experience i was hoping for. the price was right, though, so that helped.

I liked the room. It was a nice size and comfortable beds. The front desk person could not get my reservation right. The first time he said I reserved 3 rooms, then he told us we were in room 117 but the key card holder said 115 and it only worked in 115. I was also charged for the stay by Expedia and the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. Cold, hard biscuits, watery gravy, no plates, sausage was not enough for all guests eating. They also had a sign requesting that you not take food to your room. I like to bring food to my partner so only one of us has to go to the breakfast and we can eat together in our room.

Could not even stay here. Black mold filled the middle pool room and was being aired out into the hallways. I expect a full refund. This place should not be listed on your site.

Ran out of Breakfast at 8am
Hotel overall was moderately clean, toilet ran very loudly and breakfast was not up to par. Only sausage and no gravy left for biscuit and gravy or eggs at all at 8am. Not like other Clarion Inns at all, would not recommend unless you have a pet, this is a pet friendly hotel which is nice.

The overall motel was old but they remodeled it trying to make it high end but you could just tell it was old. The front desk clerk was rude during check in , I had to ask for a second set of keys my first set stopped working properly. The side door to gain access from out side parking lot did not work. Pillows were little and not comfortable enough for my liking

The hallway smelled really bad of cigarettes, which made the entry into the room smell. The room was clean but needs to have new bed skirts that aren't ripped.

Dirtiest property ive ever stayed at. The carpet was damp, furniture was damaged, drawers would not stay closed, and the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet had black spots, the amenities were open / used (lotion was half empty). Front desk did nothing to help.

Carpets have holes; property has no elevator to 2nd floor; surfaces were not cleaned in hotel room; no place to set suitcases in room except the floor. Breakfast was horrible: coffee creamer was curdled, no cereal, hot breakfast, juice, and coffee left by 8:30 am. Get there early for breakfast or plan to go elsewhere. Owners do not appear to be maintaining or updating this property.

Unorganized & Dirty
First room assigned was already occupied by someone. Second room was an "upgrade" to a suite. Upon entry, floor has stains, couch and chairs has stains and rips. Bathroom toiletries were used with partial toilet paper rolls and half full shampoo/conditioner. Tub is peeling badly and lots of debris under bathroom counter. Found a top to a hyperdermic needle on the bathroom floor next to toilet.

Horrible stay!!!!
Terrible service, rooms were dirty, one of the towels was dirty. Shampoo bottles looked that they had already been used. One of our rooms smelled terrible the other room’s carpet was wet. They tell you breakfast was included, but they had biscuits, waffle maker, yogurts which were frozen. Cereal bins, milk and juices were all empty by 8 am. Please do not stay at this hotel.

I got a room there because the pool looked nicer then othere hotels and yes it was nice the pool but we where not able to use it because the water was freezing and the room of the pool was cold too. I dont think they have heaters other then in the rooms because even walking down the hallways it was cold. There was carpet stains all over the hallways. The room could have been cleaned better in the bathtub there was hair and it didnt drain fast so the hair just kinda stood there. Overall i guess you get what you pay for.
