Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms: A bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom in the roof - accessible via a comfortable staircase - is equipped with a double bed and a small flat "emergency bed" and plenty of space to play or linger (and second small TV). Wonderful view to the cruise ships and the gardens Warnemünde. Max. 6 persons (4 + 2).

Optimal für Familien mit zwei Kindern, schönes 2. Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss. Schaden am Abfluss des Waschbeckens wurde umgehend repariert. Leider war der Balkonfussboden verdreckt…ein kleiner Minuspunkt,sonst alles gut.

Die Fewo ist gepflegt und die Lage mit Blick auf dem alten Strom ist einfach nur schön. Das Einchecken klappte problemlos und die Dame am Tresen war sehr freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein grosser Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise wenn es regnet, da der Balkon nicht überdacht ist. Wir buchen gleich wieder für das nächste Jahr. Dankeschön
