Large city villa in the noble and historic district of Rostock-Gehlsdorf.
The villa has 3 floors and has 3 separate living units. You can rent the villa as a whole.

On the ground/basement floor you will find a sauna and a relaxation room with a fireplace and relaxing music. Also the laundry room with the washing machine and all cleaning items (brooms etc.). You will also find a large bedroom with a box spring bed and an armchair bed as well as an extra bed. The living room below is equipped with a patio door and an open kitchen-living room. Dishwasher, smart TV, corner couch, dining table, etc. Adjacent is the small but nice bathroom with shower.

The large staircase leads to the mezzanine apartment. The spacious living unit has 150 square meters. The luxurious living room with a large couch, a large 75-inch smart TV with streaming services, a fireplace and a sofa bed. In the bedroom you will find a four-poster bed as well as another sofa bed and your own large furnished balcony with a view of the extensive garden. There is also a small bedroom in the unit. There is a bunk bed available here. The bathroom is very spacious with a corner bathtub.

On the upper floor you will find another residential unit. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large double bed. There is also space for 2 more people to sleep in each bedroom. From the south balcony you can see the beautiful park and the playground. A large living room with a 75-inch smart TV invites you to cozy movie evenings. Here is a small kitchen to prepare your meals. The bathroom with corner bathtub offers plenty of space to feel good.

The WiFi is free for you in the accommodation.
Games and books for adults can be used free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Linen packages can be booked for 22 per person. We will be happy to prepare everything for you so that you have a nice time when you arrive.
