I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again All the staff were helpful and pleasant It’s an older hotel but spotless and it reminded me of some of the boutique comfortable hotels you might find in South Beach Florida They had room service, a restaurant on site ample parking and all the things expected in a room including free internet. It was close to everything in the area

No service at front desk. Room felt dirty. The closet doors were falling off the hinges. Bathroom faucets and handles were all broken.. Bathroom sink wouldn’t stop drilling. Towels were shedding and felt old.

For the price to stay here, it is not worth it. We had a loud tapping noise in our room that I did report to the front desk. Late at night when I was unable to sleep because of it, I figured out that it was from a leaking AC unit in the room above us. I went to the front desk again to tell them and they said they’d report it, it’s not supposed to be leaking, and that it sounded creepy, but they’ve never had a complaint for this issue before. Hopefully it’s fixed and no one else has to lose sleep over it but we did not get a discounted stay like many other properties would have offered for the inconvenience.

we reserved for three people, but there were only two sets of towels. Also when we checked in, the staff had to go and check the room if it was ready. (around 4:30 PM)
