Located in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanization in Roses, our house offers stunning views of the Bay of Roses and features a private swimming pool for you to refresh and relax under the sun.

With a capacity for 6 people, this charming property is situated on a quiet street, providing the peace and privacy you need for a perfect vacation. Its two-story layout offers a spacious and bright living room on the main floor, where you can unwind and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

The open kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need, including a single mini oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Here, you will find everything necessary to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining area or on the outdoor terrace.

The house features three cozy bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite with its own bathroom and shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower available for added convenience.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning, and the bedrooms are fitted with fans to ensure a pleasant temperature during your stay.

On the upper terrace there is a wood or charcoal barbecue for lovers of grilled food.

On the second floor of the house, a surprise awaits you: La Plage! A chill out space next to the pool where you can enjoy and relax with a good bath and a cocktail admiring the spectacular views of the Bay of Roses

For your convenience, the house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We also provide free Wi-Fi and a television with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Parking is not an issue, as we offer outdoor parking space at the entrance of the house, with room for two cars.

Is electricity included?
Yes, a basic consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of exceeding it, the extra cost per kW will be charged at the current market price, and the kW/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.

What size is the pool?
It measures 3 x 6,5m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.

Who takes care of pool maintenance?
The pool man comes by once a week.

How are the beds?
There is a bed of 160x200m, a bed of 150x200m and 2 single beds of 90x190m.
