NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER, NO STAFF: Why on Orbitz?
Not sure where to start...Made reservation late and did arrive after midnight...BUT...There was no one that came to the desk...This is a Hostel...Not a hotel...We had to wake up a guest who called the owner who gave us a key... Got in the room and had to sleep in coats based on room temperature as the heater did not work. wanted to take a shower but no hot water... Recognize this is not a 4 star hotel and the rate was reflective of that...but I have been traveling of 35 years and nothing compared to this

Nettes kleines, Privat geführtes Hotel im Zentrum von Rosas. Hotel ist mit dem Auto erreichbar, Gerhart werden muss das Auto auf einem etwa 400 weit gelegenen Bezahlparkplatz. Die Preise für eine Nacht liegen bei etwa 2,50€. Unser Zimmer verfügte über keine Klimaanlage, aber über einen Ventilator. Für ein paar Nächte ist das Hotel vollkommen ausreichend.

Nous sommes dans un petit hôtel atipyque avec un personnel agréable. Il manque simplement l'eau chaude si il fait froid mais on est en Espagne donc ça va.

L’hôtel est très ancien et à besoin de moderniser mais reste propre quand même. Le problème c’est pas de climatisation à 35 degré ms dehors vous imaginez qu’un ventilateur au mur n’est pas suffisamment.
