Séjour à Roses
Après des explications très précises données par le propriétaire, nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour dans l'appartement situé dans un parc résidentiel sécurisé. L'appartement était bien aménagé et propre. La piscine et le parc de la résidence le sont aussi. La vue est magnifique En prenant la voiture, nous avons accès à toutes les activités de la plage et de nombreux commerces. Le côté familial que ce soit de la résidence ou de Roses de manière générale est très agréable.

Superbe semaine
Très jolies appartement bien aménagé, chambre avec un lit de 160 superbe nous avons très biens dormi avec la salle d'eau avec douche italienne attenante a la chambre sublime. Tres belles terrasses avec barbecue superbe à recommander, je prendrai rendez vous quand cela ira mieux avec Mr Maho Christophe le propriétaire bonne journée. Cordialement Mr DOUILLET

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Mr Maho sur le mont Puig Rom à Rosas. L'appartement est bien équipé, la terrasse bien orientée. Nous y reviendrons volontiers. Mr Maho se rend disponible au téléphone et ses explications avant l'arrivée sont claires et précises

L'appartement est fonctionnel, le gros point fort est la terrasse: vue sur la piscine, barbecue, végétation bien entretenue.Place de parking attribuée pour chaque appartement de la résidence.La température de l'eau de la piscine est tout à fait convenable, les enfants se sont bien amusés.Chaque fois que vous descendrez en voiture de l'appartement jusque Rosas(5minutes), vous serez époustouflés par la magnifique vue de la baie et du port.Le propriétaire est une personne aimable et disponible.

Un séjour très agréable.
Parfait pour les enfants et forcément pour les parents puisque l'enceinte de la copropriété est fermée et les bambins gambadent librement et se retrouvent autour de la piscine pour y créer des liens d'amitié (cela est valable également pour les adultes !). Une résidence très bien entretenue par une personne très efficace, réactive et d'une discrétion exemplaire ! Pour le logement, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse ensoleillée, orientée Ouest et son store bien utile par fortes chaleurs. Tout le nécessaire pour passer nos 2 semaines dans les meilleures conditions. Bonne idée d'avoir affiché le règlement de la copro dans l'appartement, ce qui n'est pas fait dans tous les logements puisque la promiscuité engendre forcement des nuisances sonores dont tous n'ont pas conscience et que l'insonorisation ne permet pas de couvrir. La localisation à l'écart de la piscine est un plus pour préserver une certaine intimité bien appréciable. De notre arrivée à notre départ, nous avons à chaque fois franchi la porte du logement comme si on était chez nous, après avoir éliminé les très nombreux poils de chien que nous avons découverts un peu partout (clin d'oeil aux précédents locataires). Des rapports avec le propriétaire qui ont été dès la première prise de contact très agréables. Une réelle implication de cette personne et un soucis permanent de proposer un service de qualité. Nous recommandons fortement pour passer de belles vacances agréables en famille ! Merci à Mr Maho !
