Vacation in this contemporary lakeside cottage on the west side of beautiful Cayuga Lake. Situated within walking distance of Liquid State Brewing - North Shore, and only 2 miles from the Deans Cove Marina. Enjoy a hike at the nearby nature trail offering 1 mile of hiking or biking trails.
Entering The Duck In you will find a-frame windows overlooking the glistening waters of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy splendid lake views from sun up, until sun down. Cathedral ceilings boast throughout the living area, and travertine tile flooring offers an added touch of luxury on the lake. The open floor plan offers a spacious kitchen, and living area. The kitchen offers a modern feel and is accented with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and soft close cabinetry.

Completing the entry level of this beautiful home you'll find a bedroom with garden view and a king size bed, a full size bathroom with a stand up shower and laundry room.

When entering the Loft you will find a semi-private master suite boasting a king size bed, and ensuite bath with stand up shower and a luxurious claw foot tub. Wake up in the loft to spectacular views of the lake each morning.

The lower level of this home offers sleeping for 6, and offers twins adorned with trundles offer the perfect space for kids, or anyone looking to escape for an afternoon nap. Bring the fun inside and enjoy some games or just take in the lake views. A television and sitting area complete the lower level and large sliding glass doors take you right to the 50' lakefront.

The Duck In is bursting with opportunity for lake fun, and adventures. Enjoy taking the non-motorized water craft out for the afternoon, or enjoy your time on the 52 ft dock. Spend the day sunbathing, or fishing and taking in the breathtaking views. Rumor has it you may be able to catch a lake trout right from the dock! Relaxing spot
Great house for the family. Enough room to spread out, well equipped kitchen, and great deck with great view. The new dock works great and the 2 kayaks and paddle boat kept every one busy. There was enough room at the dock to tie up a pontoon boat for the week while still plenty of room to swim and fish. Great location with winery and brewery down the street. Great house to maximize lake fun and relaxation.

Everything was as it was described. Only real issue was the patio, and the house was covered with spiders, and webs caught more insects. These were all outside, and a leaf blower could have cleaned 1/2 of them, or a power washer would have done the job

Perfect lakeside retreat
This property is fantastic! It is a newer home with expansive views of the lake. The wall of windows in the living area took full advantage of the beautiful setting. The waves were a little stronger-- maybe due to the location or time of year. The sound of the waves was like the ocean, which was incredibly soothing. My 9 year old tried fishing for the first time from the dock. In the first 3 days of our vacation he caught 27 fish (lake trout, perch and bluegill). His best catch (from the dock) was a 15" trout. It is not a myth, there is seriously good fishing at this location! The home was well appointed. The furniture and beds were very comfy. It is apparent the owner put a lot of thought into comfort and amenities. For example, in the downstairs area, they had a closet filled with brand new lifejackets ranging from infant to adult. The stay was soo ideal, that we immediately wanted to move here! We're thankful that we got the chance to stay and will look for opportunities to return. It's a great place to truly relax and make happy family memories.

This house was fantastic. The location of the house and being right on the lake made for a great vacation. The homeowners definitely thought of their guests - in their utilization of space and amenities of space. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids, and gave them their own area in the house. We definitely recommend this house and area.

Great house, but they forgot to clean the floors!
Upon checking in, there was dog poop in the walkway, that we had to get rid of so my children would not step in it.. Then, the kitchen floor was filthy, my white socks showed how dirty it was. Going upstairs to the loft bedroom, there was dog hair everywhere. It was statically attaching to our clothes. Now, I thought this was a no pets rental? Also the basement level floors were filthy, also no propane for the grill.. I called the Property Manager, and complained. It took me calling twice to get someone down here to clean the floors, and then I had to call again to get the propane delivered. For what I paid for the rental, I should have gotten a discount.

Great Property
This property was fantastic for our girls weekend. It was within minutes of wineries and was a central location for traveling along the lake. The fire pit was an added bonus that we used each night of our stay. The house was super clean and accommodated all of our needs. We will definitely return to this property in the future. The only thing I would ask for is bathmats in the bathrooms, it’s tile flooring and gets slippery when coming out of the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at the Duck Inn. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked. Views were beautiful! We had a wonderful time kayaking and enjoying the stars by the firepit. Would definitely stay here again!!

The most amazing place on the Finger Lakes.
I feel so lucky to have stayed at this gorgeous home. When you wake up, you are greeted with a glass wall that shows how close you are to the beautiful lake. The house was impeccable. We enjoyed the dock and the fire pit. It's a nice location if you want to enjoy Ithaca, wineries, breweries and hikes. We can't wait to go back!

Great Fall Getaway
My friends and I planned a fun birthday weekend at Cayuga Lake. This house definitely made the stay extra enjoyable. Not only was it beautiful and spacious but I really enjoyed the sound of the water at night, very soothing and peaceful. We even took advantage of the neat fire pit (need to get your own firewood but we found some on the roadside not too far from the house). Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash, none provided. Also remember coffee filters if you want to make your own. Overall, I would recommend this place to others!

Great House
My wife, son, and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We’ve been to the finger lakes a couple of times and this house was our favorite. The house was very clean and well stocked including 4 Roku TVs which were nice. The property has a Keurig and fire pit in the back yard which was really nice. What separates this property is the covered patio in the back overlooking the lake. It was great sitting out there looking at the lake. I would highly recommend this property. It’s centrally located and very well maintained. Good for a family vacation.
