Perfectly situated offering scenic countryside views over the Romney Marsh, and with the soft sands of St Mary’s Bay just 6 miles away, this is the perfect choice for large families who are looking to explore the best that Kent has to offer. The property is conveniently located in Brenzett and within easy reach of the Cinque Port Towns of Hythe (7 miles), Tenterden (9miles) and Rye (14 miles) which all offer historic charm and a variety of independent shops and cafes to explore. For those looking for some retail therapy, the Ashford McArthur Glen Designer outlet is only 11 miles away. Keen walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice with an abundance of footpaths and cycle trails to explore across the Romney Marshes which offer a flat terrain, and for a great family day out, hop on the nearby Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway for a trip along the Kent coastline to Dungeness.
Enter this newly built property (February 2024) into the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats, before heading into the spacious lounge/diner – a great space for keeping the family entertained.
