No front desk, could not get into building, phone number did not work, had to get another hotel, and will not refund me for them not being there.

Nice, quiet, relatively adequate for short stay
Good location near a metro station. Neighborhood was nice with lots of local shops. Free espresso capsules that can be used in the shared kitchen. Negatives: I was unable to lock my room due to weird key design, I think. Had to leave my room unlocked (without leaving my valuables inside). The bedsheet/pillow had human hair smell but could be just my imagination though.

All good
Everything was good. The place was near of many supermarkets and shops and easy to go around Rome, not in the center but metro was near. Had a problem checking in, so if you need to call someone don't call to the number appearing on hotels.com reservation as this number belongs to an angry person who just yelled in the phone, this person could have helped me to locate the right number as seems more people have called him as he was so angry... Managed to get in later after one hour initially wanted to get in.

Völlig ausreichend als nur-zum-Schlafen-Unterkunft
Hier gibt es keine Rezeption, der Housekeeper empfängt angemeldete Gäste sehr nett und übergibt die Schlüssel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, gleiches gilt für die kleine Küchenzeile. Die Bäder sind in weniger gutem Zustand, vor allem die Duschen sind klapprig und ob deutlich sanierbedürftigem Zustand. Wasser mit einer konstanten Temperatur einzustellen ist nahezu unmöglich. Dafür sind aber Bettwäsche, ein wenig Ausstattung im Bad (Seife, Waschmittel etc.), Handtücher und die Benutzung der Waschmaschine gratis. Wir durften unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out noch in der Wohnung lagern, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Die Lage der Zimmer ist vollkommen ok. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein kleines Café sowie einen Supermarkt. Zur nächsten Metrostation läuft man 7 Minuten und ist damit in 15 min am Termini. Fazit: wer nicht allzu anspruchsvoll ist, nimmt die genannten Nachteile locker in Kauf und erfreut sich an seinem Urlaub.

Excelent but read and get ready
The hotel is great, the location is excelent because is very close from the metro station which is a very simple kind (Rome only have 2 lines). The room is very clean and in the night very quiet to rest. We had some issues that can be avoided: Our flight to rome arrived after the check-in deadline and we decided to find other hotel in the night because this hotel charges you a fine for late arrival. Be prepared to arrive in the times they put on their web site otherwise the cost is much more (we payed 60 euros for one night in other hotel after looking in over 12 hotels the night we arrived). Be careful with is the city tax they charge you the day we get to do the check in in this hotel the guy tried to charge me 45 euros and they where only 14 (I had to argue with him in order to pay only what was supposed to) Some extra advices; arrive to rome during the day to pay only the cost of the leonardo express train (that departs from the airport and takes you tu termini station) from termini you can get easily in metro train to this hotel. This hotel is very convinient for its location and price I recommend it widely

Cheap but really noisy (neighbours, other guests, cleaning at 9.30). I'll recommand it only if you are on a budget.

Non è un hotel!
Ho preso una camera matrimoniale in questo hotel ma in realtà abbiamo trovato un appartamento con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni in comune. Di notte dalla nostra camera si sentivano i rumori degli altri ospiti che usufruivano dei bagni comuni perché sono attaccati alle camere. Il prezzo su internet non corrisponde perché al momento ci sono stati chiesti 7€ di tassa soggiorno e non abbiamo avuto nessuna ricevuta. Direi una vera e propria truffa. Vivamente sconsigliato!
