This is a beautiful and just recently refurbished, contemporary style and well equipped 2 bedroom townhouse with a large corner plot located within a small community of houses with a lovely gated Communal Pool within 20 m of property.

As you enter the property there is a lovely lounge with TV, log fire and dining table for 6, a brand new kitchen finished to a modern design, and heading towards the roof solarium you will find an additional seating area.

There are two lovely bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and A/C plus ceiling fans, as well as two very nice bathrooms one is en-suite comprising a modern multi-jet walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, bath, basin, WC along with a second bathroom comprising basin, WC and spacious shower with full width glass doors.

To the front of the property there are a number of shrubs and trees, including olive and palm trees. There is a pedestrian gate and a large electric gate leading to a paved driveway with an ample car port. To the rear of the property is a very pretty courtyard with bistro, table and chairs. This area offers a lovely shaded dining and entertainment area.

From the Lounge you have access through a well lit stairway up to the roof solarium with a sun shade area and great views, with plenty of secluded sunbathing and relaxation.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.

The Villa is situated in a quiet location close to La Marquesa Golf, the only issue with the Villa was the number of cats which roam the area and use the gardens as their personal toilet area.

A real home from home
The property was lovely and exactly as described. It was spotless and very well equipped. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need. It really did feel like our home for the week. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. It was a nice quiet area and took us around 30 minutes to walk to the main street in Ciudad Quesada. Taxis could be a little hit and miss (maybe because we visited in April) so recommend hiring a car or bike for ease of movement if you wish to explore the area and (like me) you're not as fit as you'd like to be. The communal pool was a great size and perfectly useable in late April. Communication with the host has been superb all the way through. Great property and fabulous host.
