Could not get in the room.
Brand new hotel / only open 1 month. Some kinks to work out. We had trouble with out keys not working, going back to the desk and having them programed. On the last day one of our keys would not work. Managers keys would not work. Charging the door lock did not work. Had to wait almost an hour while they tried all the options, only to have to have maintenance drill the lock out completely to get into the room. He said it was not the first one tht had failed already. Not a good sign.

found few hairs on bed sheets which're wrinkled... shower-gel dispenser was completely empty inside the shower...so much water leak around the shower...

Great NEW hotel
Awesome NEW hotel on the line of Rogers & Bentonville, just off the I-49 exit. Great walking area, plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby. Beautifully decorated hotel. The staff was great too. They have a auto pancake machine too 😁

love the overall aesthetic. was very clean, bright from the outside at night which made it welcoming and no sketchy vibe. breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options. bed was very comfortable. Price waa pretty decent. I left saying i will definitely be staying at Tru again!
