Our THIRD time driving 7 hours for this spot!
We absolutely love it here. This cabin is the perfect size for a couple,it's surrounded by woods and not in view of other cabins. The jacuzzi overlooks the lush trees and sits beneath the stars at night. Every time we've been it's been very well cleaned and stocked with the basics. PERFECT!

Clean ! Difficult to get to as advertised. Water is not potable so bring drinking water. Great proximity to Slade and natural bridge and red river gorge.

Wonderful cabin!
My friend and I stayed for two nights and loved the cabin. We used the hot tub both nights after long days of hiking. I’m 50 and had no problems climbing the ladder to the lofted area. The road to the cabin was intimidating, but I was able to handle it in my Subaru Outback in XMode.

cute little place with a few compromises
We had a good stay. The location is far enough from the main road to not be too noisy and there is only one neighbor that is a good ways off, but the driveway/road is a little rough. Most cars would be okay but if you have something low it could be an issue. In the description they do recommend bringing drinking water, but at the place all the faucets are labeled "non-potable" which was a bit odd. If it is just well water maybe it has a flavor or something, but non-potable suggests it is not safe to drink. You have to do the dishes and bath in it though so maybe if you have small kids this would be a concern. There were also a lot wasps. We killed at least 10. Seems like they knew this was possible as there was some spray there to use. It would have been a good idea to let us know though as some people are seriously allergic to stings. The hot tub is nice, but most of the jets are weak. Just the one on the lower left is very strong despite turning the adjusters every which way.

The property was very clean and exactly as described. Though private and secluded, it was easy to get to and close to area attractions.

Clean and close to a lot of activities
Very nice tiny house with all the amenities you need. The only reason for the 4 star is it wasn’t as secluded as I thought it’d be. You can hear the main road nearby and the hot tub needed to be cleaned.

Appears to be a brand new cabin. You’ll def need a 4wd to get up the hill. My outback bottomed out a few times. It’s in the perfect location. I’ll def book it again.

The house itself and the hot tub were great but the road leading to it was incredibly rough. I wish there was a warning or heads up in the description. My car was damaged in the undercarriage due to the rough road

The Newt Little Cabin was everything it promised to be: comfortable, well-appointed and clean. We both found it to be a charming spot! The only negative is no screen on the slider to the deck.

Secluded,Gorgeous,Sparkling Clean spectacular!
Easily accessible with only front wheel drive, totally secluded from the other cabins in the area in view.Trees completely surrounded us in our lit up,clean, super cozy jacuzzi that was heated when we arrived. The cabin is small, but EXACTLY as pictured and described, just what we wanted. Very neat, clean, filled with helpful household necessities. Sooo serene, peaceful, beautiful, quiet, well maintained and super short drive to all the local attractions(gorge underground, kayaking, zip lining,TONS of beautiful hiking!) Sooooo worth it!!!! The reason for 4/5 stars? We HATE to leave places dirty and we had to leave dishes in the sink & not shower because we believe the well pump went out the night before. We had ZERO water from sinks/toilet/shower and could not access ANYone via phone l,still can't,a day later. Sorry for the yellow we let mellow,we tried, answer your phones!

Weekend Getaway
Great place to stay! Very quiet and relaxing. Very clean. Loved the hot tub. It was nice after long hikes. Will need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to location. You cannot drink the water in this cabin. It is not potable. We brought a case of water and used for drinking, cooking and coffee. They have signs as reminders which are helpful when by habit you may go to use. Thanks for sharing your place with us! Highly recommend!
