The hot tub burn my autistic son and myself. The temperature in that hot tub was way higher then what I was use too. I told one of the staff that I was not happy with my stay. The staff didn’t care at all. I got the room with an on suites. The ledge that holds the microwave was barely holding the microwave in its place which resulted almost an accident. I got locked out of my room three times and I was on the fourth floor so you can imagine trying to calm not only my son but my daughter who is also autistic. I wish to Jesus Christ I could get my money back. I would stay far away from this hotel. Not worth the money or the staff who don’t care about your stay. Half of the employees don’t know how to speak english. I asked for a bowl and she got me a cup. Oh brother !!! P.s the staff scan my card three times and say it was fine. But it didn’t work. Customer Service is a -5.

Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and any request I made was met with enthusiasm. The pool was lots of fun for the kids and me! Highly recommend staying here

Two Nights
Had a two night stay this long weekend. It was a few years since I visited the hotel. Karen kindly placed us in a quiet room, as I have sound sensitivity, and it was indeed very quiet. You can still hear hall noise but everything settles down at a decent time.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Facilities are clean and well maintained. There is free Wifi and you are given the password upfront. I stayed on two separate nights in the last week and had issues with watching TV on both days. Not sure what I was doing wrong but some parental Lock Screen seemed to override the ability to watch TV. Breakfast is included. I was disappointed on both occasions with the scrambled eggs - thinking they were powdered. Would have loved some fresh berries and some GF options. Overall the stay met my needs.
