Front desk lady needs a new job or not one at all.
My father has ALS--wanted a night for my mental health while he had a caregiver for the night. Booked thru hotels.com and pre-paid. I live 20 mins from Wilson. When I got there the lady was rude! They do not accept locals and it's not her problem I wanted to be cheap. Amoung many other things. Called back to make sure I wasn't charged for it being cancelled asked for a manager and of course she said it was her. I booked one via the same app across the street at an even nicer hotel and had a wonderful stay. Never ever again!

Drive from Florida to Pennsylvania and usually don’t have a lot of luck with the stop-overs. Alicia at the counter was exceptional and made us feel so welcomed! Breakfast bar was very clean and well stocked and tended to by the staff. I will stop here every trip to Florida from now on!

Some of the carpet in the hallways was stained, but it looked like they were redoing the carpets. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice. Pillows were not very comfortable though.

First room could not lock door, they gave us another room. Water in bathroom sick seriously too hot, but also changed while using it in temp and force. We did ok but this water could burn someone especially a child

Easy stay
Booked this for my husband for an overnight. He got in like 1am. He said the breakfast was great, but the shower rod was loose for the curtain. Weirdly, I had an email from the hotel after I booked it saying they do not take guest from 30 miles away. I don’t understand what that’s all about. This hotel is on I 95 so that doesn’t make any sense at all. Someone explain!

The bathtub had hairs left in the shower I had to wash it out before we could even use the shower the staff was very friendly and the bed sheets had a odor to them as well
