Perched on the cliff face of Great Oyster Bay, the Hamptons Residence offers some of the most captivating, mesmerizing views of the East Coast.
The 250sqm residence provides spaces of grand proportions, offering three King size bedrooms, all with their own ensuites.
Guests are able to enjoy a luxurious, but relaxed, "real home" experience which is both greaceful and elegant. For families and smaller groups, the residence can accommodate up to 8 guests (utilising 3 bedrooms & 2 rollaway beds).
Generous proportions and spacious layout, The Residence provides guests with the ultimate amentities and location.
INSIDE:
A grand entry with tasteful furnishings welcome you as you enter The Residence. The home branches to two wings, distinct with sleep & play quarters.
Bedroom 1 | Master suite, with King bed, couch facing the ocean, and luxurious ensuite with walk in shower. Individual air conditioning unit (heating and cooling).
Bedroom 2 | Master suite, with King bed, couch facing the ocean, and luxurious ensuite with walk in shower. Study desk with lamp. Individual air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 3 | Either 2 king single beds, or 1 King bed, with a wall mounted heater. Luxurious bathroom with walk in shower.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer, as well as a large bench and laundry sink. We provide complimentary washing powder.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and all kitchenware and is provided so you can enjoy cooking a meal in this delightful home. With an open plan design, the kitchen is inclusive and spacious - offering the Chef and family the opportunity to congregate together.
The dining room is the place to integrate and de-brief about eachother's day on the East Coast. Seating up to eight guests, sit back and enjoy your meal, whilst enjoying the scenery of the beautiful property and it's surroundings.
The lounge room to the left of the kitchen is again, open plan. Two large, comfortable couches frame the space, with a wall mounted flat-screen tv to compliment. The surround sound stereo system is connected to the tv.
All of the inside is complimented by the outside. The wrap around deck encases the full living space, and overlooks the grounds and the ocean beyond.
A barbeque area is the perfect place to grill up your fresh Tasmanian produce, then relax and unwind by the firepit of a night - listen to the roaring ocean...
