In 2024 - we are pleased and honored to celebrate our 15th year hosting guests from all over the world!

Periwinkle Cottage (located on Broadway Terrace) this charming carriage house offers guests 2 townhouse units to choose from.

The nightly rate does not include the cleaning fee. The Lodging Tax and Service Fee are paid separately.

Rates posted are based on Double Occupancy (maximum of 2 guests only).

Arrival time is 3:00 pm and Departure time is 10:00 am

Cozy and comfortable property in Rockport. Great communications from host. Easy walk to town and train. Ideal base to explore the historic towns and natural beauty of Cape Ann. The weather was wonderful, and colors of the leaves were peaking. One of our best getaways! Highly recommended!

Perfect little getaway cottage
I immediately felt relaxed and cozy at this little property. Everything was expertly cleaned, sanitized, and organized. There were lots of free amenities (both to keep and some to use at the cottage only) that were very thoughtful. The inside of the cottage is quaint and beautiful, and the garden outside was absolutely lovely. The property owner checked in and was very open to communication, but I didn’t find we needed any help, as everything was very well laid out. I’m very excited to return again in the future! Perfect place for a couples, or even solo getaway!!

As I stated in the guest book, this was our first time to the New England area. Took in all the sights, sounds, shopping and great food! The locals are warm and welcoming! Accommodations for our 20th Anniversary and Mom's 100th birthday
Very nicely appointed and clean. Stylishly decorated in keeping with its quaint Rockport location. The spiral staircase could be a little challenging....here's a crazy idea I had. How about a dumb waiter installed next to it - would require an opening in the ceiling and sofa would have to be moved closer to the TV - I know, I know, a bit radical and the staircase should never be considered a game-changer for this nice getaway place.

From the moment we opened the door we knew we chose well! What a wonderful little cute cottage! Decoration, flooring, furniture, everything is so well harmonized. We didn't need to buy anything, aside from food. The Welcome gift was a very nice detail. This is the post gorgeous and unique place with a perfect hidden location. Owner is amazing, she helped to make our Anniversary weekend perfect. Inside is so pretty and unified and the outside was beautiful with a gorgeous private patio area.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We have been to Rockport many times for day trips. Occasionally we are able to stay over for the weekend. This was our first time at Periwinkle Cottage #2 and really enjoyed our stay. It was one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, places I have ever stayed. The attention to detail made us feel very welcomed. The proximity to all the shops/restaurants is terrific as we never had to worry about parking, we just walked from the cottage.

Charming, great amenities, but very small space
Owner could not have been nicer, and the amenities and extras were wonderful. But the space was very tight and the circular staircase so narrow it was hard to maneuver up and especially down. Tiny kitchen was very cramped and hard to work in, but owner provided everything needed there, too. Great attention to details, and very accessible. Just small spaces!

The Periwinkle Cottage is on a quiet side street, and a short walk to town center with all the shops and restaurants. The unit is clean, comfortable and well-equipped for solo or coupled travelers. It was a very enjoyable stay.
