Very nice home - nicely decorated and clean on the inside. Outside front door and eaves needed cleaning and bbq grill also needed cleaning. Would have been nice if backyard had been fenced in as we took our 2 dogs. Our host was very responsive. Overall, very nice and we would stay again.

Clean and comfortable
Great place to stay. Fairly new construction appliances, floors,etc.. and super cute and clean. Beds and pillows were perfect! I would highly recommend this house!!

The house is a little bigger than it looks in the pictures and I can tell it was newly renovated or just bought. The location is in a peaceful area, about 15 min from Rockport beach which is a small family, kid friendly beach. But We didn’t have any issues or complaints at all! It is worth the cost!

Was close to almost everything we wanted to see. Master bedroom tv would not let us enter our code to watch more channels. Outside trash can already full upon our arrival. 8-10 large black buzzards had trash strewn all ove mirning of our check out. Check out directions in my emails and welcome book in home differed concerning laundry and used dishes. We would of loved to sweep up beach sand before leaving but there was no broom or dust pan. Home was beautiful!!!

Fantastic Hospitality
Brendan was very responsive and prompt to all communication. The property was clean. We had everything we needed inside. Brendan even checked in after our first night to make sure we were all taken care of. Will be looking for their other properties in the future.
