Had my daughter’s 7th bday party here, also my parents were in town from Texas. This facility had no issue putting our rooms by each other although it was all booked separately. Our room was a great size for our small party, comfortable and clean. Pool was clean, free breakfast was good and they allowed us a late check out at 1pm so we could swim some more. Funny we went back down to the pool around 11am and came back up about 12:20pm, we went to use the key and it didn’t allow us back in the room so there we were in the hallway in towels and dripping water lol I called the front desk and asked could they let us in our room and they came right up no hassle and got us back in our room. The staff was pleasant every single one of them and even other guests were a pleasure. Overall our stay was great 😊

Check in gentleman Austin was awesome! So welcoming and friendly! Breakfast area was stocked well and clean! Breakfast was delicious and food was warm! Only thing was our bathroom in the room, didn't have a blow dryer!

Highly Recommend.
Super clean rooms, comfy pillows, well stocked on towels, shampoos, etc. Staff was friendly. Really good breakfast and even good coffee, which is rare for a coffee snob such as myself to say. Would highly recommend. We ordered Windsor's pizza to our room, which we would also highly recommend. 😋

Great room - bait and switch price?
Check in was easy; room great. I asked for a receipt when I checked in and was told I would get it at check out. Check-out and was told it would be emailed since I used this site to book. They charged me $15.00 than the rate that I was given when booking.

When we arrived at the hotel after driving over 12 hours, we went to our room and the blind on the window was broke. We could not shut the blind. There was no phone in the room and I had to go to the front desk to tell them we wanted another room.
