Run down hotel
Hotel run down, dirty hallway, my room had a dark stain on the rug, outdoor porch wood peeling. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it. Too bad, the previous owners kept it top notch.

It is an older CI&S. There was a big stain on the carpet it room - approximately 6in in diameter. Made me think the whole carpet was probably grungy.
