They had ossue with hot water. As they had a tank rupture, so in morning did not get shower, though was okay before went to bed. Will be fixed soon and am not saying it is their fault, stuff happens. If I ever go back through Rock Springs, will stay there again.

It stunk like dirty feet and heat was cranked up to 90°. The fridge was unplugged and leaked water. The next morning my friend was confronted by a staff member to go smoke by the dumpster even though he was by the ashtray and there is not any no smoking signs. We didn't even shower, we left angry

Room was clean for the most part. One pillow case had some brown stuff on it and the coffee pot needed washed before i could use it and it leaked.

Found these things AFTER I unloaded my vehicle. ***1st rm assigned - frig unplugged & freezer full of water, heater in the room wouldn't work...it wouldn't even come on & went to use the phone to call office & it wouldn't work either. Tried calling using my cell phone & guess what???NO ANSWER...TWICE!!! Since I was in the very last room at the end of the bldg I had to go clean to the other end of the bldg back to the office. And it was cold that day, so I needed the heater. ***2nd rm EHH. BUT NO HOT WATER FOR A DAY & A HALF & THEY BLAMED IT ON DOING LAUNDRY. Who the hell does that??? Run so much laundry to run all the hot water out so that your rooms have NONE. I BELIEVE THAT WAS A LIE!!! It was Sunday & I think they didn't want to call anyone in to fix it. Debating as to whether to EVER STAY at this place again. I had a 1 yr old infant & NO HOT WATER... ANGRY ISN'T EVEN THE WORD I WOULD REALLY CHOOSE TO USE. The people that were cleaning the rooms were accommodating with any requests I had. Actually they were very nice AND polite. It was the front desk people that absolutely should not have a customer service job... They on the other hand were as welcoming as a cold frozen rag thrown over a clothes line. Pathetic. Jobs are hard to find in Rock Springs anyway I find it hard to believe they couldn't hire a better choice for the "FRONT DESK" position of 1st contact.

This was an older motel, but the owners are amazing! It was VERY clean, despite some of the fixtures needing a facelift. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely recommend this motel for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable room on a travel budget. The owners definitely make you feel valued as a client.

The shower head was not attached, there was mold in the bathroom, the door had a huge gap. I had to wait until I got to my destination in order to take a shower. And the floors under the heater and behind the bed need a cleaning
