Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room is clean, very comfortable, and nicely furnished with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It's an older hotel that shows its age, but a great value for a nights stay with your dog.

I arrived about 8:30 PM, and the front desk gentleman was friendly. The soda machine ate $2.00 bills, which was almost all I had, and it was late, and I didn't want to disturb anyone. But the bed was comfortable and clean. The amenities in the room were good, at a great price.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Motel 8 in Rock Springs! Everything about our stay was terrific. From the desk clerk checking us into our room and welcoming us and our furbabies, to the desk clerk checking us out and wishing us safe travels. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. The room amenities were more than sufficient. We were happy there was a mini frig and a microwave. There were SO MANY television channel choices! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. EVERYTHING was great! But most of all, we so very much appreciate the way they welcomed our dogs and provided them with a large, clean, and convenient relief/exercise area. We are retired and our dogs are our family, and this might very well have been the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed in. We are SO grateful! We have family that lives in Rock Springs, and will be back to visit. We hope to make Motel 8 our Rock Springs home away from home! .

The room was clean. Nice hair products and soaps, plus lots of coffee packages. The guy who checked me in was very pleasant. The motel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a Walmart.

The room smelt like urin. When I first walked to the room it appeared that there was drug transaction taking place in one of the rooms. It was very dirty and and very sketchy. And that was in the middle of the day. I couldn’t stay, I ended up going to another hotel.
