Good room for the price

This room met our needs. It had a small refrigerator/freezer which we used and was just large enough for our cooler of food. We did not use the microwave. The beds were quite comfortable. The room had more than enough space for 3 people and our suitcases and still had room to move around and sit at the table. It is walking distance to several fast food places which was nice after a long drive. There is an outdoor sitting/grill area which I did not use but saw some people sitting at. The AC unit worked pretty well in the room and wasn't excessively noisy. The only issue we had was a toilet that needed a new seal which I informed the front desk about at check out.

Stayed for the weekend and the room was unbearably hot. The AC was on but didn’t cool the room. We called for help, and someone came up and told us to switch it to “low cool” instead of “high cool” — but it made no difference. After that, no one followed up and we were left to deal with the heat. For a summer stay, it was miserable and not worth the price.

Our car broke down we didn’t make it til 5 a.m. because it broke down I called the hotel knowing we wouldn’t get In until that time and they told us we would not be allowed in the room if we got there after 4:30 luckily hotels.com was able to get me a refund and book me somewhere else.

Our go to motel

We stay here each trip to Colorado. It’sa great pet friendly motel and a great location. The only downside this trip is that the TV is now only live TV ….. it was hard to get and the channels were limited and most were scrambled. We were tired and just wanted to relax and the only options for tv were terrible.

Room was not cleaned, no toilet paper, the entire room reecked of urine, toilet full of dried urine under seat, dried poop on the floor, air conditioner did not really work, refrigerator did not work, and if you were not careful you'd burn the hey out of yourself with the water, had to shove paper in-between the vents to stay open, towels reecked of dog, yes this was a pet friendly room but there's no excuse for the room to be in such horrible condition. Oh yes the entry door unsafe struggled to make sure it would locked, so we put the chair in front of the door. Staff was very friendly, brought me bleach and air freshener so that I could clean the room. I should of been reimbursed for the horrible condition and having to clean. When I asked if housekeeping could come and give a good cleaning the next day (because it was 11pm when we arrived) I was told yes. Well come next morning, I was told that because of the 4th there was no housekeeping. So again I'm cleaning. Oh let's not forget the lop sided mattress. But the positiveness of the stay NO bed bugs 😖😖😖

I checked in, drove to room . The upstairs guest (4 or 5 men)who appeared to be intoxicated on more than just alcohol and probably lived there, came out as a welcome party. I could see the curtains didn't fit the window and it had what appeared to be a billy club keeping the window locked. I went and ask for another room. I was told there was a room 2 doors down. I ask for a room on the other side of the building, because I didn't feel safe. I was told that the rooms on the other side of the building were not pet rooms ( I am a women traveling with my dog). I didn't stay there. It wasn't safe!!!

Average older hotel room. Had all amenities described. We needed pet room (they designated specific rooms for pets, which I understand), but could definitely smell the pet odors when opened the door, tho' not unbearable. Like parking next to room. Walked across parking lot to nice, delicious Mexican restaurant.

Police were onsite when we arrived. The property was nit in good condition from the outside as it looked in need of an update. It did have nice beds and we had a quiet rest with the exception of the a/c just being a fan for the room.

This is an old motel but very satisfactory. We care about cleanliness, comfort for beds, hot water, a cold refrigerator and a freezer that freezes (best freezer at a motel/hotel we have ever had!) So this worked well for us! Price was amazing too!!
