Theater and Treehouse Arcade at Rock Spring Resort

Make amazing memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We offer 12 cots for that camping feel, two comfy modular sofas, and floor space for sleeping bags! The space features a stage, a movie theatre projector, a smart TV, an Xbox, a tree house WITH VIDEO GAMES, and a SLIDE that leads into a ball pit. Perfect for a family gathering, girls' weekend, etc.! There are also two bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen, and coin laundry all in the same building.

This space is typically used for events and is plenty big enough to hold 100 people comfortably (picture the size of an elementary school gym). When we aren't hosting birthday parties, family reunions, or weddings, we open this space for our overnight guests. Are you looking for a fun, safe, and unique space to celebrate a special occasion? You just found it!

You will have *exclusive* access to the entire Theater and Treehouse Arcade (approximately 8000 square feet). The space is divided into:

1) The main event room with the stage, bar, theater, arcade treehouse, ball pit, and booths/tables/beanbags galore. We have all the sound equipment for a band or karaoke, a projector for slide shows, microphones, and more.

2) A private Xbox gaming room (the size of a bedroom) with two custom fabricated chairs, a truck bed, a 65" TV, and, of course, an Xbox complete with a game subscription!

3) Huge kitchen, complete with a commercial fridge, freezer, ice maker, popcorn machine, 2 stoves, 2 ovens & cooking utensils. We'll have freshly popped popcorn ready upon your arrival!

4) Two full bathrooms (including showers) stocked with towels and toiletries for the number of guests at your party.

5) A courtyard surrounded by a stone hedge that includes tables, adult-sized swings, a commercial grill, and multiple fire pits. You bring the s'mores supplies & we provide the wood!

You and your guests will also have *shared* access to the Rock Spring Resort amenities, which include a 5-person dry sauna, a hot tub, kids' playground, kids' treehouse library, 1.25 miles of walking trails, multiple patios, tree swings for adults & kids, and more! We would love to host you. Please note after 10 guests, it is $10 per person, per night.

Rock Spring Resort can best be described as a boutique hotel in the country. We're located on 10 acres of land with 1.5 miles of walking trails, an old barn, fire pits, grills, a meandering creek complete with beaver dams, picnic tables, hammocks, tree swings, a 5-person European Dry Sauna, and more!

Each of our 20 Suites is an individual modernized apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our Suites range in size from a studio, that's perfect for a solo traveler, to a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that easily sleeps a family of 12.

Rock Spring Resort is designed to feel like a luxury home away from home. We are very family and pet-friendly! You'll find tons of amenities for kids like a treehouse library, playground, tree swings, and a game cabinet. Plus, we offer pack n' plays and BPA-free dishes for your little ones in every suite. Because let's face it, traveling with kids can be tough! We also cater to pups with a Bark Park, biscuits, and extra leashes so your 4-legged family members can explore Rock Spring Resort along with you!

We have full-time maintenance onsite 24 hours a day plus professional cleaners here 7 days per week. 100% of our staff speaks English, but we also have folks on site fluent in American Sign Language and German - plus, we speak a bit of Spanish and French.

At Rock Spring Resort, you simply get more for your money than the average hotel. We are able to keep our prices reasonable because we are family-owned and operated, use technology to automate items like check-in, and take advantage of economies of scale that platforms like Vrbo can offer. This allows 100% of our attention to go towards providing an amazing guest experience for everyone who stays at Rock Spring Resort!

We also have a Theater/Event Center at the Resort complete with an arcade treehouse, ball pit, game room, sound system, private courtyard, stage, and more that is perfect for family reunions, church groups, scout troops, birthday parties, holiday celebrations, weddings and more. The event center can easily hold 100 and includes a large kitchen, but we recommend sleeping no more than 30 folks since we only have 2 bathrooms with showers dedicated to this space. Note: The Theater must be booked separately from Suites and is not included as a standard amenity.

There is a lot of space for parking on the property! Guests can park in front of the building, or behind, in the gravel areas. Travel will be best by car, though biking or walking is possible.

Our shared laundry facility is towards the back of our building. It is the teal door next to the laundry sign. It is on the far-left side.

Our hot tub and sauna are located in the back of the building as well. They are at the far right of the building.

Our dog park entrance is in our hallway near suites 112-118.

1) Rock Spring Resort offers 20 Private Suites (Apartments), & 10 beautiful acres. Yes, this means you can have your family reunion, graduation party, wedding, or other events in our 8,000 sq foot event center and have family and friends stay onsite in separate suites ranging in size from Studio to 5-bedroom.

2) Our family lives onsite at Rock Spring Resort, so we're easily accessible and happy to help if needed.

3) Private Suites are pet-friendly.

4) Our resort is always family-friendly.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
