The space:
This two-bedroom one-bath suite is the perfect place to stage that family getaway or a landing spot for a small group of friends. This fully stocked unit features a spacious, well-stocked kitchen - for those that would like to create a culinary masterpiece. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and smart TV's for a good night's rest or binging on the latest romcom. The great room is perfect for entertaining or planning the next adventure. The grounds of Rock Spring Resort offer the privacy and serenity of country living. Your next adventure awaits!

In addition to your suite, you and your guests will have access to the hot tub, patio and fire pit - as well as acres of grounds and manicured trails.

Rock Spring Resort is a special place! In addition to our vacation suites, we have several apartments for long-term residence. Many of our permanent residents are members of the deaf community.

Please note that part of Rock Spring Resort is currently being remodeled so that we can offer the same level of service you’ll receive in your suite to future guests. At times there may be construction noise in other suites near you during your stay. We do our best to keep noises at a minimum but on occasion the noise level may be louder than desired. Our construction team operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am ET until 6:00 pm ET and weekends only on an emergency basis.

Affordable.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed or could need was there except a sponge to clean the dishes. I was very pleased with the staff and how friendly they were, the cleanliness of the room and the sleeping arrangements. Perfect for a family of 5. If we are in that area again, i know where we will be booking!

We loved our time at this resort. You thought of everything from extra blankets to free cold drinks in the fridge. The ammenties were definitly a plus, the hammocks were a favorite. The rooms were clean and tidy. We would recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Just Like Home!
The apartment was so welcoming when we arrived. Pleasing decoration, a bit retro. Spic and span. The kitchen is very well furnished with everything we needed. Lots of personal attention and caring. Conveniently located near the battlefield parks. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome spot for families with kids/dogs!
Very well designed suite with nice finishes, great welcome gift and super clean. The playground, toys and board games kept our kiddos easily entertained; and the off leash area for dogs was great. Will definitely stay again next time we're passing through!

A great place!
We stayed in suite 203 for two nights. We are a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The suite was clean and cozy. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept so well. We entered to a spacious kitchen/living room set up for our arrival, even with a bottle of wine for the parents to enjoy! The resort, while not "officially" open, (grand opening was scheduled for the day we left) was cozy and had a make yourself at home feeling which we appreciated. The manager was super kind. And even though she was busy preparing for their grand opening event, she was always quick to answer any of our questions. We would definitely return here. The resort is less than a 30 minute drive to Lookout Mountain and Cloud Canyon

This was an absolutely amazing find ! The property was clean with lots of friendly faces . Owner and electrician both very helpful. ( I did not have any electrical issues , just helped us to our door ) The place was overall very clean and welcoming. Honestly was even better in person than we expected. 10/10 would recommend !

Cute weekend getaway
We were in the area for a wedding and needed a reasonable place to stay. Unfortunately we didnt have much time to enjoy the property and amenities but we could've been happier with RSR. First off, Ms Jen was super responsive and really helped us out. Also, Ms Gracie was so sweet, helpful, and excited for all the future improvements they will making. We hope to get the opportunity to go back and really enjoy what they have to offer.

All was my expectations except for one thing....The hot tub wasn't on and or working. Not sure what was going on. Tried to turn up heat and nothing. But I understand it was also the time of year it could be hot or slightly cold from day to day. It wouldve been nice to know but yet again, no big deal and for price i was more than pleased!!!

Our overall stay was great. Listing however states there is a toaster in kitchen and there was not one. Also, listing didn't mention 15 steps to ascend and descend. My wife is handicapped and has much trouble with stairs, but we coped. Also, ice maker doesn't work in refrigerator freezer, no water either. But the property was very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay here.

Extraordinary Experience
Ok, if you want to make difference in the world, these people are right up your alley. Let me start by saying Jen and Don are good-hearted people. The property is a remodeled misson for deaf and disadvantaged. Some of the people that grew up there, now work for Don and Jen. Steven is a worker there and his kindness and joy in life shines out thru his eyes. They have a dog play area, a playground for kids, a sauna, a hot tub, games and a heart to make you feel welcome. They are still working on the property, and will be for some time. It is worth it to overlook that and give this place a chance. I promise you will leave happier, and with your faith in the kindness of people renewed.

The apartment was nice.. wasn’t sure what all was there, so came a little unprepared for what all we would need.. but cheers to miss Maggie… she was a jewel and went above and beyond to make us comfortable…..🥰…the overall building is under construction in places so it’s not so nice . Children enjoyed the play area…parking is limited in the front, and did find an outside door to easier access our room a day or so into our stay. The only thing was the staff was hard to find in person.. so the only communication we had was over the phone pretty much… they were quick to respond though….👍🏻
