The worst hotel experience
This hotel is a disgrace. Upon arrival there was no electricity. There was no internet connection or television after the power was restored.

I called the day before to inform them of a late arrival. The receptionist made a note of that, but upon arrival I was told I didn’t have a room and was charged a no show fee. This was after driving 8 hours for a family emergency and arriving at 3:30am. It was corrected the morning after! It was nothing like the photos and was apparent that people were living there. When we went to our room the hall was thick with weed and cigarette smoke and our key card wouldn’t work. We got a non smoking room that smelled like stale cigarettes, floor was sticky, bathroom was dirty and curtain rod in shower was held together with electrical tape. After going to the hospital the next day I stopped and purchased cleaning products and shower shoes. I moped the floors and put linen sanitizer on all fabric. Went to shower and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut due to the electrical tape fixing it at a downward angle. Not a good stay for sure.

This place was dirty and dated. DON'T STAY AT THIS LOCATION. Dirty linen dirty floors and dirty bathroom. Not sure what house keeping is doing if they even have one. cracked stealing over bathroom tub, paint in tub was peeling. Room was not suitable for rental. Had to bring in my own bed sheets and blanket and pillow. Thank god i had that stuff with me. Very disappointed guest.

You get what you pay for.
The bathroom door didn’t stay closed, there were cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed, ink splatter on the floor and hair shavings on the sink. I’ve also stayed here before and the service and room was better but this past time it was both pretty poor service and room cleanliness. Though it is cheaper than other places so you get what you pay for.

not the greatest and it needs some help.
The television did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower. This is an older hotel and it shows. It is obvious that there has been a lot of effort to try and clean/ fix this place, but there are also a lot of shortcuts that have been taken and that is evident.

I didn't like the smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room. The hallway was very musty smelling. The room was clean just getting to the room was the issue.
