Our bathroom door did not close. It was installed open and the toilet literally prevented the door from closing. It wasn't an issue for my stay, but you sort of expect a bathroom door to be able to close.

It was completely the opposite as shown in the pictures. It says breakfast included but it was very poor, smell like smoke in non smoke rooms. Washrooms are very dirty very poor quality

Ironing board was broken. Wouodn let me swap it out for another. I put DO NOT DISTURB sign on door. They knocked and came in anyway in rhe morning. Bug found on the ice tray.

The tap needed 2 hands & pull out of weld strength to get water. We were also awakened with “silencer gunshot” sounds & tried telling staff but to no avail. Personally think the beds are causing a noise reverberating off the wall and wood floors. When I got back into bed, the bed made noise that possibly the next room with 2 doubles could have made multiple noises when they all got in & turned over. Was scary as hell with no one in the parking lot when we went to sleep at 8 pm.
