Average stay. Recliner in room was dysfunctional and mattress wasn’t very comfortable but that is maybe subjective. It was quiet and room was fairly clean. Check in and out was seamless.

I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at. The staffer who helped me was used to helping people that stayed in that room, and had watched me try a few times on the hall camera before coming up to help. He didn't wait for me to come down. He saw when I gave up and started to head back to the lobby, and came up before I was halfway there. Nice guy! He had also let me check in early so I could get more rest. Aside from the door lock, the room was nice, very quiet and comfortable, and I had a good stay.

It was a convenient stay close to Mayo -St. Mary’s. The staff was very helpful and there are many stores nearby for whatever you need.

Great except for initial blasting heat.
Everything was mostly positive, but when I arrived to my room (temps were in the 40's outside), the heater was blasting so that is was incredibly hot in the room and the window as all of the way open. I had to sleep with the window open all night which was not a problem. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the price and value were amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed there one other time. I believe in trying a business twice. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been and the routine maintenance and up keep were not kept up. I am very disappointed that I paid nearly $90 for each of the rooms and it is a Wyndham hotel. I expected better from the brand. I did take some photos if you would like them. KayLynn

Good budget-friendly hotel
Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast is basic but has enough on offer to satisfy most guests. The interior is dated but all the important features have been properly maintained. There are no Housekeeping check-ups during your stay but it’s easy enough to go to the front desk for any needs.

We were super impressed with the accomodations. Staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights at a very reasonable rate during my sister's surgery at Mayo. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to the clinic/hospital. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures on Expedia don’t represent the condition of the rooms and building. Very out dated, the area that the property is located in also seemed run down. We were just looking for an inexpensive place to stay close to Mayo. They did not offer any discounts for patients at Mayo but the property is nearby.
